About Brian Neary Realty

My career in Real Estate began in 2013 after a successful 30-year career in Sales & Customer Service for Verizon. I’ve really enjoyed these 10 years in Real Estate, closing well over 100 transactions and building a solid foothold in the Greater Capital District Area cooperating with other Successful Realtors.  My wife, Nicole, and I have raised our three children in this area, and we love all that it has to offer. 

In 2023 I opened Brian Neary Realty affording me the opportunity to own my business and continue working with clients in an environment that insists on ethical and fair business practices in all aspects. 

 I believe in building relationships with my clients. Whether you are a young family or individual just starting your housing search, or an empty nester looking to downsize, I believe in a honest family orientated approach.
